Art of Noize is a small group of people based in Sweden with a common love for music. More specifically music that makes people go bananas. We love the heavy, the hard-hitting, the trashy, the beautiful. We love discovering new music and we love sharing it with the world. Most of all we love letting music surprise us.
What else do we do?
We never started Art Of Noize with the intent of it just being another music blog. We want to go above and beyond what is expected. Therefore we've been very active in covering the EDM (Electronic Dance Music) scene in Sweden by going to gigs, filming live shows and talking to the best artists out there. Our YouTube channel is a testament to a lot of the work we've done so far, but our hope is to be able to add work we are proud of and love to this page as our journey continues.
What kind of Music will i find here?
The way we see it genres often do people disfavours. They tend to act like walls disconnecting people who love music. We love good music, that's it. That being said, with Art of Noize our goal is to share music that delivers the finest of what we call 'hard-hitting' party flavours. We like the stuff which makes you wanna headbang. Today this tends to include labels such as Dubstep, Electro of different varieties and Drum & Bass. We never feel the need to stick within the parameters of these labels. Good music is good music and that's what we want to share with you.

All right, one last tune for tonight. Got tiped about this lovely disco edit that Birdee done on Duke Dumont‘s track The Giver. Here is what Birdee had to say about it:
“Duke Dumont’s The Giver is one of my favourite tracks of 2012 – I love the vibe of it and the vocal is incredibly intense. I liked the remix package, but I thought a disco rework would have complemented it perfectly…so here it is. Just a little homage to a great producer and a great tune. Hope you enjoy it!”
And enjoy it we do. Please do give this tune a spin, and if you fancy it, you can get it down for free!
We get sent a lot of tracks at Art of Noize. Either through Soundcloud, to our e-mail or through other channels. We try to go through absolutely everything we get and this time a song really got through to us from a Swedish producer who goes by the name Tobtok. This is his take on one of the best house tracks to be released last year in my opinion (Bingo Players “Cry (Just a little)”).
It’s an interesting take on an already catchy tune with pretty astounding production value for essentially being a bootleg and that this Uppsala based producer has only been releasing since about a year ago.
It’s been a long time since we posted a collection of different tracks and i thought it was about time we had one. I’v found five very different tracks that takes their individual gengre close to it’s peak. It’s music that makes you smile, it’s in definition art of noize.
First off we have this really funky track that really brings it with all that swing.
This is one of best mixtapes i’v heard in a long time. We don’t usually post mixtapes produced by outsiders but this one had it all, it got everything from dubstep to funk. D.VELOPED could be Girl Talks evil cousin for all that i know, he includes everything i love with Girl Talk and infuses some heavy basses and melodies. This mix is perfect for any party out there so next time you host a party, play this and you will have everyone enjoying themself for at least 40 min.
